Overview

SMB Forge provides AI-powered back office software for service businesses — call answering, SMS scheduling, invoicing, and review management. By subscribing, you agree to these terms.

Subscription & Billing

• Plans are billed monthly in advance. Starter $49/mo, Pro $99/mo, Max $199/mo.
• One-time setup fees apply: Starter $99, Pro $199, Max $299.
• SMS and voice overages are billed at published rates (see pricing page).
• 10DLC registration and carrier fees are included in your plan.

Cancellation

You may cancel anytime. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. No refunds for partial months. Setup fees are non-refundable.

Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use SMB Forge for illegal activities or spam
• Send unsolicited marketing SMS (TCPA compliance is your responsibility)
• Resell or redistribute access without written permission
• Attempt to reverse-engineer, scrape, or compromise the service

SMS & Phone

• You are responsible for obtaining proper consent before sending SMS to customers (TCPA/10DLC requirements).
• Customers may opt out by replying STOP. SMB Forge processes opt-outs automatically.
• Phone numbers provisioned by SMB Forge remain property of SMB Forge. You may not port them to another carrier without written approval.

Intellectual Property

SMB Forge and its branding are property of SMB Forge LLC. Your business name, logo, and content remain yours. We do not claim ownership of your customer data or conversation content.

Service Availability

We strive for 99.9% uptime but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. We may schedule maintenance with reasonable notice. We are not liable for outages caused by third-party providers (Telecom carriers, Google, Stripe, LLM providers).

Data & Privacy

Your use of SMB Forge is also governed by our Privacy Policy. We process conversations to provide the service and do not sell your data.

Limitation of Liability

SMB Forge is provided "as is." We are not liable for: lost revenue from missed calls, booking errors made by the AI assistant, SMS delivery failures by carriers, or any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid in the prior 3 months.

Indemnification

You agree to indemnify SMB Forge against claims arising from: your use of the service in violation of law (including TCPA), your business practices, or content you direct us to send.

Changes

We may update these terms with 30 days' notice. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance. Material changes will be communicated via email or Telegram notification.

Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of California. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Orange County, California.
